Through the heat of a southern summer and the challenges of an international pandemic the american humane trainers mental health professionals veterans and of course courageous pups worked diligently to train well and safely. Working dogs for vets mission is to provide service dogs and training to disabled heroes in need empowering them as they return to civilian life with a new found independence. The cost to train a service dog in our program is 2 400 00 4 800 00 but we do everything we can to provide training services free of charge for our disabled veterans.
